State-of-the-art automated Okuma 4-axis machining centres and 5-axis machining centres from Hermle and Spinner ensure highly flexible and customised machining of your components to top quality.
2,500 set-up tools in 14 machining centres and 134 set-up machine pallets always guarantee a free space for your orders ... with the shortest delivery times. An AI-supported tool database with 5 integrated CAD/CAM workstations enables us to manufacture your new parts in the shortest possible time.
Parallel set-up, clamping and testing of your components during production time thanks to our automated production cells from Fastems reduce machine downtimes and guarantee you excellent prices. Production batch sizes from single parts up to annual call-off quantities of 20,000 parts.
Component sizes up to 900x900x900mm and a unit weight of 1200kg. Turning-cut machining for the production of turning contours and undercuts of asymmetrical components.

Deburring and partial cleaning
As a specialist in the field of hydraulic technology, a deburred, washed and inspected component is the be-all and end-all for us.
Our deburring results are verified by our own deburring department and a final inspection with 3 washing systems and video end-of-line inspection.
On request, we can supply your components including residual dirt analysis.
Only 100 % burr-free and clean components leave our factory.
